Warehouse Assistant

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our team.

Days of work Monday - Friday - 10 am - 6pm (40hours per week)

Immediate Start.

Duties include
• Receive shipments, unpack, check against packing slips and receive in the inventory management system
• Tag and label merchandise
• Storing inventory according to classification in place like type of goods, size, colour, type etc.
• Receive online / customer orders, Pickup stock, packing in accordance with relevant procedures and standards
• Prepare all orders for shipment and ship as per courier protocols
• Record and manage all missing or damaged stock items
• Use inventory management and logistics software programs
• Conduct regular stock checks and rolling stock takes
• Maintain up to date inventory records and document stock movement
• Identifying low stock items and proactively informing the management.
• Assist with up keep of the shop front / retail area to ensure correct stock is displayed and is in the right place. Arrange and rearrange the display to suit business seasonal requirements.
• As required liaise with local suppliers like embroidery, screen printing, tailors and prepare stock to handover for value added work, receive delivery and check stocks.

About You

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, Warehousing and Inventory handling experience. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Sales and Marketing Rep

We’re seeking qualified sales and marketing representative to help sell the wide range of products that our customers rely on.

The representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations and attending networking events and trade shows, the sales representative must be both personable and professional.

Role covers Auckland, Waikato and Whangarei regions from our Auckland head office.

Days of work Monday - Saturday, 40 hours per week between 8am - 6pm. Occasional Sunday hours may be added in case of special events and tradeshows etc.

Objectives of this role

  • Represent the company’s products and services
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales budget by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.
  • Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, cold calling in person and over the phone, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections.
  • Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations.
  • Coordinate with management team to ensure that budgets are being met and company standards are being upheld.
  • Provide weekly sales/activity report to management. 

About You

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, outgoing and friendly personality with ability
to strike conversations with anyone .

Product training will be provided to the right candidate.

At least 1 year of sales experience primarily in unform/ clothing industry. Experience or knowledge in sports equipment industry is advantageous.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills

Knowledge about Excel, Power point, Word and Outlook

NCEA L3 or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Willingness to travel majority of the time to visit customers, trade shows, events.

Should have own reliable transport.
